Located across from Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, this 26-acre tract of wooded land has a site plan approved for 73 homes. The project is being carefully cleared by Sheltra & Sons site prep experts in an effort to preserve the character of the land as well as stands of old oak trees that will be a signature feature of this community. Understanding the needs of the site and the vision of the client meant that our team had to carefully plan clearing and excavation exercises that would not damage the integrity of the environment. Proper planning means nothing without proper execution and our team has demonstrated time and time again that they are more than willing and capable of completing a project with demanding restraints.
